Cons: no flash, no message waiting light
I find this phone to be fast, easy to use (you can adjust the sensitivity to the keys), and it's a very comfortable phone. I've owned an HTC Evo and an Iphone 3GS, and this phone blows 'em both away! After the battery cyles a few times, it holds a charge nicely. Highly recommended.

I bought this phone for my daughter and she loves it; she also knows "why" the performance is limited at times. For those that do not understand there's currently no "true" 4G, and just because a phone is 4G "capable" it's only as capable as the network it's residing on. This phone has blistering download speeds on my home Wifi, but since we don't have Sprint's pseudo 4G network coverage where I live it is considerably slower when I'm away from the house. Before you trash a device you should understand what limits the performance. I have an iPhone 4 and it too is very slow when I'm in a lousy coverage area.

I dont know about other people that got this phone but this phone sucks for all reason: it loading is so slow, it dont have a memory slot for memory card and i a big fan of phones that have memory cards.it does not do anything for me its just too dam slow. it suppose to be 4g but it says 3g when you cut it on on the top of the screen,im very disappointed.
