Pros: Expandable Memory, Detachable Keyboard, Price.
Cons: Build quality could be better...
To put it mildly, this is the most versatile tablet on the market. I purchased the Galaxy tab, considered the iPad and the Toshiba tab. This one has them all beat in one way or another. The Galaxy is really sleek and has a brighter display and better speakers. But, like the iPad, it has zero ports to expand the memory, which is a huge flaw for what I use these for. The Toshiba tab was really good. It has expandable memory and is well built but it is very bulky by comparison and cost more. The Asus keyboard, for me, sealed the deal. It operates like a regular netbook when attached. And considering I got the Asus tablet and the keyboard for the same price as the Galaxy, it's a no brainer.
Pros: Prices
Cons: Can't find any.
I love this internet pad. Long battery life. Excellent when it is late and I do not want to set at my desktop or use my laptop. I just drab it and set in the bed and can use it with ease. Keyboard is accurate and fast. The dual core processor makes everything real quick. Has mini SD for expanded storage. Unlike the iPad that only comes in 16, 32, and 64 MB memory configuration and no memory expansion slots. Plus, the iPad you have to buy all these connectors to do a lot of things with it. Screen is nice looks great. Unit feels real durable and looks great. It has a real long battery life. And if you buy the keyboard it gives it even more battery backup because it has a extra power source. I sat in the bed over 4 hours and the battery was still over 80% something. Only used 1 of the 4 or 5 power bars it has. The Android 3.0 Honeycomb system is great. I can use Google Talk and the iPad you can't. I used all the internet tablets out there. I am telling you the ASUS is the best thing out there when it comes to handheld computers. No wonders it is so good because they build awesome PC boards to boot. Thats why it is so good and beats the competition hands down. Truely, I can't find anything bad about it.
Pros: clarity, ease of use, speed
Cons: none
Electronics Express had this for 399.00. I just bought one and I love it. Its great for gaming and video.
Pros: All
Cons: None
I purchase this for my husband to take with him overseas and he absolutely loves it. We haven't had any problems and he also has the attachable keyboard to transform it into a laptop. I would recommend it to everyone. It runs a tight race with the Acer Iconia A500 which is what I have. They are about the same in performance. We are very satisfied with his selection.
Pros: Price, MicroSD, easy to transfer files, light weight, excellent screen, good resolution size
Cons: Build quality varies, not Netflix yet
The best overall tablet for your money.
