    This is the mac-daddy of charcoal grills. You can grill everything on this grill. The heat control is amazing. I recomend buying the smoker attachment also. The smoked ribs off of this grill are the best that I have ever ate.If you like to grill out ...this is the grill to have. Read more Less

    Cons: fuel supply

    All around great grill. I have the duo, propane on the left, charcoal on the right, with the added smoker box. You have the best of both worlds here, plenty of room, simple yet effective. All in all I only have around $350 in this grill and is worth ...every penny. Out performs other stainless steel grills I have had in the past and is built better with brass and stainless burners. Finally, someone developed a grill that I thought of so many years ago. Only thing that could be better is that I would like to convert the gas side to Natural Gas and there is no conversion kit for this and is not an option. Chargriller, your my favorite!!!     Cons: Inaccurate thermostat

    Excellent for direct grilling and indirect smoking. First thing you must do if you are going to smoke your meats is replace the temp gauge with a commercial type. This takes a minor bit of fabrication, but you will get outstanding results. When I bou...ght mine years ago, the tempering instructions suggested painting the entire interior with bacon grease. I did and every dog in the hood wanted to break down my gate. BACON! Read more Less
