Press MEAT button to choose and display type of meat (beef, veal, lamb, poultry, pork or ham). Press PREF button to select desired doneness (medium rare, medium or well done) and the preset temperature will automatically display.Large LCD screen indicates meat selection temperature to monitor cooking progress.
