    Pros: Convenient

    Cons: Need upgrade to Windows 7 advanced version

    I bought it for playing old MS games on the tablet type device. I upgraded the Windows 7 home to more higher version for playing the games. The most interesting thing is to play chess on the tablet type device such as this Eee PC. It works as a real ...board type chess game for solo play or two person play. All my old MS games are alive again on this tablet type device. Also, it is light weight compare to the laptop I usually used at work so I can bring it with me on my cruise trip. My wife uses it for online to Chinese WEB pages. We like it very much... More technical info. Quality: Excellent Support: Have not called yet. So far so good. Graphics: Need higher resolution if power consumption stay the same. Value: $500, little bit high but worth it, I think. Feature: Excellent, (transformer...)     Pros: Features

    Cons: Too many malfunctions and poor customer support

    After only one month, I began to have problems. Had to contact Support 5 times and each time was worse than the previous interaction. The service reps were incompetent and the last one I spoke with was rude. I was total to send the unit back to them;... however, I had to pay for the shipping. Fortunately, I purchased it through Amazon.com and they allowed me to return it for a full refund. Read more Less
