    SAMSUNG SUCKS

    Pros: WHO KNOWS

    Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Ordered the 64" D8000 from ABE's of Maine. Received Box intact but upon opening, found interior screen broken. Abe's says to take up with Samsung, Samsng says damage not covered by warrentee. Samsung says repair will cost $1800.00

    Pros: Excellent buying experience from Amazon

    Cons: OK so far, no issues with Amazon or TV

    Researched Tvs for several months and bought from Amazon In August '2011. It was delivered to my door via free shipping, the delivery guys unboxed it in my living room and all was ok, no damage.

    The TV still works good. The only annoyance is with the 3D technology in that there is no 3D streaming from Netflix, don't know about other. There are some 3D sample from Samsung. You must have a very high speed INET connection, at least 10-12g or the show will run a little bit and pause, reload AND CONTINUE!!!

    The only 3D you can watch is if you buy a 3D Blueray at a Retailer and play it in your Blueray player. 3D technology is barely here yet and only in some cartoons and Documentaries.

    Kudos to Samsung for an excellent set.
