    Pros: I have nothing good to say about this washer

    Cons: it does not get clothes clean will not rinse clothes compleatly

    I will never buy another Maytag product again. when you call they just tell you that you aren't loading the machine. I think there is not enough water. I have had clothes come out with detergent still on them and have too wash them again how is this ...saving water. if you want your clothes clean get something other thank maytag they are not worth the money.     I BAUGHT THIS MAYTAG WASHER AND WAS INSTALLED ON DEC 17TH 2011. AFTER USING IT FIRST TIME THE UPPER RING IN THE WASHER BROKE AND DAMAGED MY CLOTHES, I WENT TO HOME DEPOT, WHERE I BOUGHT THE WASHER, AND I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT MAYTAG. I CALLED MAYTAG AN...D THEY SAID MANASSAS APPLIANCES WOULD COME AND FIX THE WASHER,, AND TODAY IS JAN 9-TH ANOTHER TECNITIAN CAME AND SAID WE WANT TO SEE THE MACHINE AND THEY CAME AND TOOK THE MODEL # AND SAY THEY ARE GOINIG TO ORDER THE PARTS. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW LONG FROM DECEMBER 17-TH AND TODAY IS JAN 9-TH I HAVE TO TAKE THE CLOTHES TO THE LAUNDRAMAT. I CALLED MAYTAG TO REPLACE THIS MACHINE, OR GIVE ME A BETTER MACHINE, I AM READY TO PAY EXTRA, BUT NO WAY, THEY SAID WE WILL GET THIS MACHINE FIXED, IT ALMOST 23 DAYS AND THERE IS NO SOLUTION.     new Centennial Washer

    Pros: quiet

    Cons: locking lid, load takes forever

    My old Neptune Maytag frontloader that was 10 years old finally balked once and for all when I had a houseful of people staying here over Christmas. We immediately went out and bought another washer (I was desperate) and this machine was on sale. The...y delivered it today and I'm trying to use it. After over an hour the first load was done. I'm now doing the second load. Frankly, I don't like it much. I don't care for the locking lid the moment you push the start button. You can't add or sock after the thing is started. I don't like the long sensing cycle. It's kind of mysterious what it's tryng to do. I will admit that the machine is very quiet compared to the old one, which sounded like an airplane taking off in the spin cycle. It probably isn't fair to review it after one load but that's what I think so far. Read more Less

    Maytag SUC# !!!!

    Pros: works good, when it works

    Cons: Slow, Slow, electrical issues, avoid maytag

    Bought from lowes only 6 months old, i can not find receipt and they typed in the wrong number so i have no proof except for all the packaging that says lowes. Washer is extremely slow, i have seen turtles put out more effort than this washer. I call...ed maytag since lowes typed in my phone number wrong and i lost my receipt maytag has no other option than to assume i bought it on the same day it was manufactured which was last year, very nice timing for them which means it is out of warranty. Lets bend over the little man and stick it up his YIN YANG without any lube !!!!!!!!!!! I will never go back to lowes again but if i did i would use FLASH CARDS so the cashier could enter the correct number and I would not be out of pocket for another washer, not another maytag but a real honest dependable washer. With that said there are some great people who work at lowes, i just happened to run across one of the other ones. I will keep up with all receipts from now own. Thanks for reading !!!     Cons: clothes are never clean after washing

    I hate this machine-my husband bought it and it is the worst washer i have ever used--my clothes never look clean--i hate the lid that locks-i doubt if maytag even cares--this machine is terrible--i do not like the fact that i cannot see how much wat...er goes into each load..cant do that with this machine because of the stupid lid that stays locked--what is the point in washing clothes when they come out dirty? and they have an odor too---i hate wearing my clothes now since this machine can not clean them!! I would never recommend this machine Read more Less
