    Cons: reliabilty customer service

    I purchased my cooler so I wouldn't have to buy ice. It went nothing like we had hoped. The adapter would not stay plugged in, even to it's own outlet let alone the car. When it did stay plugged in it worked great but you had to keep an eye on the in...dicator light. Then it fried the power in my truck. The adapter it self no longer worked either. So I call igloo to get a replacement they don't have any and don't know when they will get any and told me to call back at the end of the month. Now I own an Igloo cooler that is just a box taking up space because you can't put ice in it like a regular cooler and I'm out 130.00. Thanks igloo I will make sur eto never but one of your products again Read more Less
