    Pros: cheaper than others

    Cons: no support when it broke

    I purchased a Klu tablet in April 2011 and it completely froze in 6 months. The company could only tell ME to pay them another $40.00 plus shipping to fix it!! Save your money and buy something better

    Not an Android Supported Product

    Pros: Once you find and appropriate apps, those seem to work fine

    Cons: Difficult downloading apps because it isn't a true android device

    I was so excited to get my e-reader at Christmas...until I tried to use it. Keep in mind that I'm new to the e-reader/tablet era. Though it says it has android software loaded, it's not actually supported by android. So, you can't download the standa...rd apps, like Kindle or other simple apps that would normally be on an android supported device. I purchased two books online and had no way to actually download them to my e-reader because I could not download the apps I needed. Though it does have internet capability, it's freezes during movies, so it's really only good for You tube or short videos. Now I'm nervous every time that I go to an e-book store to purchase something, because there's a good chance that I can't download it. I am able to get my email fairly easily, but that's about the best feature. I was very dissappointed in this product. Read more Less
