    Pros: when it works it is good

    Cons: not reliable

    I have had Norton for about 3yrs.The first year was great.No problems.2nd year frequent problems-needed to do most everything manually.This year I have had nothing but problems since I renewed and my' key 'gets confused with a temporary trial key. Wi...ll not renew product on line.Will buy disc if I don't go with someone else.With the disc you can download it again and it will repair problems.At least that is what others that have it tell me. I also find it hard to get help and I am not a techy I don't want to fix problems througout my subscription.That is why I buy security so it will take care of what is needed. Read more Less

    Cons: Too Many to Write Here

    We bought Norton in November/December and thought that we could relax and forget about viruses for a year. After 2/3 months, we got pop ups from Norton saying that we need to renew our subscription and pay more. I already paid in the beginning when I... bought the program. Why should I pay again? If Norton only lasts for 3 months, say so on the box! Dishonest program. Program has to last at least a year. Beacuse Norton lied and didn't tell us that their programs are good for only 3 months,they lost a client. We will not ever recommend Norton to anyone. Do not ever buy Norton! Read more Less
