Pros: User Friendly
Cons: Breaks in no Time
My wife and I were initially in love with this camera. This was our 2nd Olympus tough and neither one lasted more than 6 months. The first type 1030 lasted 6 months and is not as waterproof as said. We only got it wet (not submerged) and it defected. The 8010 lifespan was even shorter due to nothing. Didn't drop it, didn't wet it. It just stopped working. This is almost a grand worth of cameras lasting a year. Olympus will supposedly repair if under warranty but the red tape they ask before they do it is ridiculous. Heartbreaking, but save your money.
