    Pros: Works good when not broken

    Cons: Can't get parts

    I purchased this bike in November 2010. Screen broke January 2011. I ordered part 2/1/11 and as of 3/30/11, still do not have part. Customer service says there is nothing we can do and have no idea when part will come in. Do not buy anything from thi...s company. If customer service is face of company, this company is ugly.
