    Cons: This is a scam

    Does Cabellas think shoppers are stupid? You click on the link to the generator for $99 and try to buy it....the real price is $599. This is false adversting, fraud and a blatant scam. Don't shop with this company unless they change their advertising... methods. I can't really rate this items because there is no minus choice. Read more Less

    Cons: the whole ad is a con by Cabellas

    This is a come-on/ripoff to get you to the website. You cannot buy this for the advertised price. Looks decent enough but how good this is cannot be determined by the ad. If you go to the website you'll find the price is 6 times what's advertised in ...the ad. Maybe a misprint but it's been noticed by others & there's been no correction. The $99 item is an accessory not the inverter/generator ($599 + tax & shipping) Read more Less

    Pros: There are no pros in misleading Advert

    Cons: This type of Advert needs to be stopped.

    If Cabellas thinks that their Store will get exposure with the misleading advert then he got it. Next thing he is going to do is apologize and say it was a typo or an oversight. Then since he got exposure albeit negative he hopes to turn it into a po...sitive exposure. But the buyingpublic isn't stupid. They know a store like that can't be trusted. Before posting an advert one reviews it many times. But lying to deceive needs another lie to cover it! So Cabellas apologize and don't lie in your apology. Read more Less
