    Audio broken already

    Cons: durability and manufacturer support

    LEss than two months in and the audio doesn't work. Speakers began crackling and now don't work. Babys R Us won't accept a return since it is outside 45 days even though I have receipt. Manufacturer will require at least 2 weeks to process return and... get me a new one. Not very parent friendly since clearly I can't go 2 weeks without a baby monitor as audio is key in waking us up if there is an issue. I would avoid this product mainly because Manufacturer, Summer, doesn't seem to get that this product shouldn't be crapping out in less than 2 months and that it is the type of product that needs to be replaced ASAP and not through the normal 2 week return. They should be working more closely with their distributors/retail stores to allow immediate returns. AVOID THIS PRODUCT! Read more Less
