    Pros: great and easy to use

    Cons: none

    this is my second one that I have bought and is alot more user friendly then the other one Ihad,and I like the free updates that it provides.

    Pros: large screen, checking for fuel or food out of town or highway

    Cons: incorrect or round about routing

    Garmin customer service sucks. Downloads for non-techie's is a problem because you have to first download an "Updater"; then it takes forever.

    If I had to buy it over I would go with another model, because of poor customer service.

    I have a bad unit, and no help in figuring out what to do within the warranty period to get a replacement.
    After several attempts here I am spending time writing this review to help other make a better decision.
    If the unit worked as intended it may have been great.
