    Pros: Excellent Cleaning and loads of features.

    Cons: Price

    Recently bought the WFW95HEXW. It does an excellent job on all size loads. The steam features are exceptional. Shop around for price...we ended up getting nearly $400 dollars off suggested retail by shopping around.

    you are getting the wrong info. about washers

    Cons: they dont tell you how much it cost to repair this front loaders like maytag and wierpool

    when you need a repair man come to your house you will find out how much it cost and then you wish you have shot yourself on the foot.

    Would deal with machine or company

    Well, just wanted to voice an opinion regarding my front loading washing machine made by Whirlpool. When we purchased the machine from Sears my family were surprised about how loud the machine sounded and how badly it shook even with small loads. Com...e to learn a bolt that supported the counter weight was not in place properly and the counterweight was hanging in the machine. We fixed that but the machine was still noisy, now the bracket holding the bolt and support to the counter weight has broken in half and the dropping of the cement weight onto the plastic water pump created a hole, the leaking water destroyed the hardwood floors in my laundry room. Best yet the company will not stand by their perpetually defective machine, that is 2 years old. Thanks Whirlpool. BTY: we are a two person household, can't imagine the machine in an average size family. Read more Less
