Way better than the 2 & 3G
Pros: New Camera & Microphone
Cons: Lack of more "facetime" users
This is a great product. With the added camera and microphone, your just a carrier short of having an iPhone. The new features mixed with some free social network apps make this a great buy for anyone not willing to deal with the commitment of a contract (Like the iPhone). If you have WiFi and the Textfree app, you'll always be able to chat your friends up.

Pros: The screen is awesome. Great battery life. Barely noticeable in your pocket. It's a book reader (get Stanza) Surfs the internet Hold my full CD Library (350 of `em) Plays Movies Does Email well. Holds all of your family photos. Reads PDF files. Store and edit MS Office files with QuickOffice. Does calendaring well. Games are awesome.
Cons: 1. Camera and video quality is not very good 2. It's almost too small, when you are playing games I have a hard time positioning my hands
