    Pros: hot water dispenser

    Cons: none that we can find

    Having access to boiling water for tea on demand is a lovely little luxury. This product has been exceptional and we love using it every day. Well worth the price.

    Pros: all the features work well as described

    Cons: kind of awkward to fill

    Makes great coffee, the hot water section works well. As I said it is kind of cumbersome to fill with water since the opening is in the back. I have to slide the whole thing toward me in order to fill it then slide it back on the counter, because the... pitcher won't fit under the cabinet. Other than that it's great. Read more Less
