Pros: Very thin and compact! Ease of use! Has a flash! Physical qwerty! Excellent feel and quality! Great sound/speakers! Great video capture/share!

Cons: Short battery life, No 3-D gaming, No Zoom on Cam, Screen tends to freeze!

I have had my Palm Pixie Plus for about a month. I chose this phone because it was offered to me for free among 20 other phones offered by AT&T w/ a 2 year contract, I'm already a customer of AT&T BECAUSE OF iphone 4 i got for my wife....I chose this... phone over the 20 others because it simply had the best features and quality! Do not be fooled by the 2.0mp cam, it takes very clear pics as does the video cam (30fpm!) the fact that it has a flash is a huge bonus as well! I was amazed at the ability of this smart phone i.e. up to 7 apps open at one time for multi-tasking, wi-fi hot spot capable, sync features, gps capable, fast and easy pic/video share among many others! This phone is very sleek and fits well with my job-related dress attire (business.) very thin and light. The feel of the phone is QUALITY, well built! The screen has excellent resolution as well, crisp and clear! Customer support has been great from both AT&T and Palm! The qwerty buttons are very small and take some getting used to, the battery life is horrible and the fact that the Palm Pre-Plus has 3-D gaming and a few other advantages is a huge disappointment because they are basically the same phone internally!!!! Palm does offer OTA (over the air.) upgrades and I soon hope to be taking advantage of it so that my Pixie Plus has same capabilities as the Pre-Plus!!!! btw, they had same capabilities when I purchased, palm added the up-grade to the Pre 2 weeks later and left out the Pixie!!!! Other than the fact that the screen tends to freeze at times (quick fix.) I have been very happy with this phone and have used it's many features many times, Please take the time to check this phone out and all of it's many features (i chose this over the Pre-Plus because it looks alot better to me, i don't like sliders!) for the money, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG!!!!
