    I have been a loyal customer of Sprint for over 9 years, but this past year with the combination of using just this phone and the "pass the buck treatment" I've had with Sprint, I may have to reconsider! I've had to replace this phone 3 times in jus...t over 4 months! I have had my Blackberry curve 9630 for almost a year. I'm a tech geek and I really enjoy having the best and newest of everything and anything considered latest technology! Lets talk about the 9630. Pro's: stylish, user friendly, convenience(all emails come to one folder), Navigation is better than most in phone Navigation handsets, hundreds of downloadable apps for free, cool little track( which you can easily maneuver from icon 2 icon). CONS!!!! 1.)The Navigation feature overheats the phone(which can render your phone to completely shutoff without notice and maybe even shut your phone off permanently!) 2.) DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY UPDATES on this phone( it may lockup freeze or even permanently shutoff your phone!) 3.)Navigation ball is cool but lint, crumbs, hair and anything else that can get into a crevise will get into that trackball. Using certain apps on this phone (other than SprintNav) will cause this phone to either overheat the battery or the phone, rendering battery of phone useless and Sprint technicians, Blackberry technicians, managers and storeowners scratching their heads saying "how bout a new phone". I stored important names, numbers, unpublished poems/stories, work related items, etc. mostly unrecoverable information and this phone has frozen on me time and time again. After the first incident I backed all my information up on one of my laptops but it didnt transfer all my information from my phone to the save file. I told technicians, Sprint Store Mangers etc and most of them said they either didnt know what was wrong or that I need to call the Sprint 800 # for assistance. Welll I did! I stopped counting after the 10th time and they told me to take my phone to the nearest Sprint Corporate store! I've received no real answers from any Sprint employee. Relunctantly, I asked for the newer Blackberry that recently came out assuming that maybe it may be fixed of glitches. Good ol sprint told me that I would have to pay for it and sign a new 2 year contract evan after I told the 20th Sprint Rep my woes! Funny as I was standing in line at a couple Sprint locations A few customers were telling me of their war stories with their blackberry aswell and either traded it for a new one or a different phone all togethere. I don't care for Blackberry anymore let alone Sprint! What a pain in the A$$ !!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Sprint! Your loyal customer Read more Less
