Emtek, 805OG, Dummy Set, Flat Black, Olde Gold, Knobset Olde Gold Porcelain Dummy Knobset with Brass RosetteEmtek s dummy sets are as exquisitely and finely crafted as its operating locks, and are made of the same beautiful and rugged materials. Dummy sets require no door prep. Dummy handles are surface mounted, and may be located anywhere on the door you choose, but are usually located to match the appearance of nearby operating locks. Common to both American and English hardware, porcelain knobs turn function into style. Sturdy and attractive brass rosettes accent these beautifully-crafted knobs. The latches are heavy-duty die cast construction, with strong internal springs, solid brass nose bolts, and sintered metal cams. A plastic bushing located in the joint between the handle and the rosette ensures a friction-free wear surface, preventing metal from bearing on metal and providing smooth, long-lasting operation. Handles are positively connected to rosettes with a permanent clip. Each has a set screw which eliminates handle wobble when tightened.
