i bought this dishwasher at a labor day sale sept. 2010. Ialso bought a steam washer and dryer, microwave and range. They were installed a week later on saturday. When the installer left i tried to wash a load of dishes and the washer flooded and cou...ld not be used. I called samsung and they made an appointment for a service company for the following saturday. When the company did not make the appointment i phoned them and was told they do not service my area. I called the store i bought them from and they sent out a new washer and installer the same day. Now this washer will not power up at times. I have to crawl under the sink and unplug the unit. Once plugged back in it will work for a few days and stop again. Also the microwave has completely stopped working. I have written and called samsung numerous times and they refuse to help in anyway. Their reply is the appliances are out of warranty and there is nothing they will do. All total i spent over $4000.00. Samsung has proven to me they do not care about customer relations. I was looking at bosch and electrolux when i purchased these. I wish i had chosen either one of the others. I cannot and will not recommend any samsung appliance. Read more Less
