    Pros: Download phonebook from cellphone.

    Cons: None

    I was at first extremely reluctant to purchase another Panasonic phone due to a previous experience with them. The factory service center could, or would, not repair the instrument. This phone performs perfectly in every way. Has many features, clear... voice quality, and long battery life. Also uses standard rechargeable batteries. So far I have been using it for 2 months.     Pros: inexpensive - had the features I wanted

    Cons: Product failed

    After 4 hours, the hands free jack stopped working. Then the sound quality progressively got worse and worse over the next hour until both handsets began cutting out as if on a cell phone with bad service. Strongly recommend you stay away from this p...roduct. When I called the vendor they refused to give me a return authorization number over the phone. They gave me an Email address and insisted I write an Email to them to get the RA number. They promised one within 3 business days of submitting the Email. I'm on day 2 - nothing yet. We'll see.
