    Terrible Design

    Cons: Everything

    So I kept getting tired of constantly having to clean my cat litterbox and I've always wanted to find a self-cleaning one but they're so expensive; I just never wanted to spend that much cash. One day I decided enough was enough and I bought it think...ing that would be a good investment... I was so wrong....I had the box for about two weeks when it stopped working. My cat decided to pee all over the backwall causing a short... I'm sorry but didn't the inventors tought about this scenario? Why wouldn't this part of the box be protected somehow? I was so upset but I didn't give up my hopes. Thank God for my husband who's an electronic enginner! He pulled out the main board and was able to fix it!! About two weeks later, the cat flooded the board again...this time it wasn't fixable...Now it's just a regular litter box that cost us $200... We got to enjoy it for about 3 weeks. So dissapointing.... Shouldn't even get 1 star cuz it's EPIC FAIL! Read more Less

    Cons: too many to mention

    This is just an over priced piece of crap that literally does not clean the crap it was supposedly made to.It works when and how it wants, it scoops the crap not just onto the floor at the sides, but under the tray that was made to collect the crap.T...he refill trays are horribly over priced.People its either keep the old fashioned litter tray or don't get a cat.It deserves NO stars, the form will not allow that, you must enter something there.     Hate It - I only picked one star because it wouldn't let me pick 0!

    Pros: None

    Cons: It's more work than a manual cat box...

    because it gets stuck. I had it for about a month and it just quit working. Littermaid should replace them with the older models which seem to work better.

    Cons: Flimsy, doesn't work, smart electronics just sit there and blink

    What a waste of money! The plastic is so flimsy it breaks within a few days. The "smart" electronics are a joke, and simply just don't work. I've wasted so much time trying to get it programmed to work. I don't want something complicated and flimsy! ...I want something simple and reliable. This is NOT simple, NOT reliable, and is NOT worth anything but a source of frustration. I can't believe I spent so much money on it! The box is sitting there, plastic broken, and with flashing lights, and unresponsive electronics. Piece of junk! Read more Less
