    Pros: sharpness

    These are the best knives I have ever owned. A good knife should become dull, and I have have this set for over 6 years and it has never needed sharpening . I just follow basic cutlery etiquette: (1) NEVER place a good knife in the dishwasher or let ...it sit in a sinkful of dishwater; (2) Simply hand wash them immediately, dry them, and slide "em right back into the holder. They will be friends for life. I don't foresee ever having to buy a good knife again. They have been one of the best purchases I have ever made. I even bought a set for each of my 3 boys to use in their homes. Read more Less
