Pros: A 3 minute work out is actually a workout!!
Cons: Heavy and takes a good size area to use.
a good lower body, mid-section, aerobic workout in just a few minutes

Pros: can feel it in your abs
Cons: broke in about one month for me, hurts your knees, the knee pads are slippery so when you sweat you slide right off, it happened to me quite frequently that I actuallly hurt myself
I would not recommend buying this product
