    Pros: everything, could not ask for more in a vacuum

    Cons: Lint get caught in the little filter holes

    We have had this model for several years and it is the best vacuum we have ever owned. It is worth every penny.

    Pros: Worked great at first

    Cons: Heavy, when opening canister to dispense into garbage, be careful as lots of allergens can be released into air

    I had only used this vacuum only six or seven times over hard wood floors and over large rugs. I also used the on board tools. It lost it's power to "suck up" anything after such little usage. When I took it in for repair, it was going to cost over $...350 just for the repair!!! This vacuum cleaner cost $500 alone! The repair center said they see this type of repair common among this model of the Dyson. I have used this repair center in the past and I knew they were reliable. Because it was beyond the warranty period, I left the damn thing there and went to consumer reports to look for a new vacuum. Now I never buy any appliance without consulting consumer reports!
