If we had known what a hassle this stove was going to be, we would not have purchased it. We picked up the first one and inside a perfectly good box it was smashed. Cheap plastic feet broken and side smashed in. Then over a month after our original o...rder, we picked up a replacement and it came with half of the broiler parts making the broiler unusable. Customer service will take care of it if we fax them a bunch of information, which means driving into town and finding a fax machine. I am unimpressed with Danby and with our local appliance store. I am not usually a complainer, but this has been an insane process for having a stove. Some companies, like Vita Mix, still make a quality product and do customer service.
