    Pros: Water stays warm. Dual brushes

    Cons: Hard to push. Plastics.

    First, Kudo's to Bissel. They've always been responsive with my equipment needs.I like this machine. I wish it were a tad less expensive. Being disabled with nerve pain in the arms, it can wear me out fast.My biggest concerns are the detail needed to... clean the machine. You have to take it apart (fairly easy) to clean. These are screws going through plastic. I have no doubt the plastic could be broken.Overall, it's pretty good. I would recommend it. Unfortunately, my adult children always want to borrow it (and expect me to do the delivery). Read more Less

    Pros: Works Great

    Cons: none

    This thing is just unbelievable, my carpet is like new. It's easy to use and cleans great. In my opinion this thing cleans better than a rug doctor and it's much easier to use.
