    Pros: Great support

    Cons: ugly, expensive and don't do what they say they do

    These shoes are expensive and ugly and don't do what they say they do ( I walk about 5 -8 miles three to four times per week). However, I had foot surgery a year ago and they are the only shoes I can walk with for a long time without experiencing pai...n. They provide amazing support. If you suffer from pain at the ball of your foot, buy these shoes. Read more Less

    Pros: very comfortable

    Cons: not well made

    Im on my second pair of shapeups. NO they dont trim my legs and buttocks but are great shoes for comfort and to work in, I bought a similar pair of Danskin shoes at Walmart for $25.00, like them just as much.

    Women's Skechers Shape-ups

    Pros: Comfort

    Cons: Not well made

    Standing for long periods of time hurt my feet with the shoes as well as walking long distances. For me shape-ups are good for walking short distances such as running errands or around the house, not for walking as a workout. I really like the skeche...rs shape-ups, but I can't wear them on my morning walks. Read more Less
