Pros: with proper stakes withstands high winds and rain. can easily stand up in the tent if under 6 feet tall

Cons: although zipper is plastic both ends were metal. zipper rusted at the bottom making it impossible to close the windows had to glue windows shut. .

I live in Hawaii. Rust, wind and rain are challenges. Tent poles require spraying with silicon after every use. I camp in sand. With sand anchor stakes withstood high winds and a flashflood warnng. I placed my tent on a slope because I knew it might ...rain. I was impressed that the water outside rose to 24 inches deep and flowing. The water came up to just below the door and the tent stayed dry inside. This tent is 7-8 years old and used regularly. I did have the rainfly tied down but the tent exceeded my expectations.
