Fitness Test measures your aerobic fitness at rest and shows your progress. OwnCal feature displays calories burned. Auto Lapping feature automatically records laps based on distance (i.e.: every 1 m/1km) . Display Zoom allows you to zoom in on the display during training. Graphical Target Zone Indicator shows the zone you're in, helping you to stay at your desired intensity. HeartTouch - When activated, information can be displayed hands free by bringing watch close to transmitter.
