    Pros: Kept the room cool while it worked

    Cons: Plastic critical parts. Poor overall quality

    When one of the wheel fell off, I let it slide (no pun intended). When the "swing" feature locked into the full left position, I let it slide. When the evaporator squirrel cage fan disintegrated six days past the warranty, I couldn’t let it slide. ...I was told by Sears (where I bought it) that I was out of luck. And trying to talk to anyone at Royal Sovereign is impossible. I will avoid this product in the future. Never again. Read more Less
