The Char Broil Quantum M500 IR system allows you to add wood chips directly on to the cooking grates for added flavor and no flare up.     Nice Grill, the best I have ever owned

    Pros: Little to no "Flare Ups"

    Cons: No temp gauge on top of cooking surface

    I really enjoy cooking using wood chips; the design of the cooking surface makes it really easy.

    Worth every penny I spent on it!
