I've had this toaster oven for almost a year. It is fabulous! I love the even temperature, the easy controls and the spot on settings. I've pretty much stopped using my full size oven by using this handy little toaster oven - it heats up and cools do...wn quicker, saving time and money in heating and cooling costs, not to mention the electricity my full size oven uses. It's easier to clean with its pull out "crumb tray". I've never toasted with it, but it bakes and reheats 9x11 cake pans (without handles), bundt pans and other bakeware really well. I've not noticed any hotspots from the baking I've done and my cakes come out evenly browned. The top can get pretty warm (they call it a "plate warming"feature, but I usually keep biscuits warm, there, while I'm finishing baking something else. The blue backlit LCD screen is easy to read, although I wish you could shut it off the backlight, instead of having to wait for the automatic 2 minute shut off, so it didn't attract the attention of my 5 year old son, quite as much. My only real downer on this oven is the fact that the oven only works with the timer, so when the timer goes off, the over shuts off. If you're baking a cake you have to check, it's a nuisance. I haven't ruined any cakes, since it's easy to turn back on, without much heat loss, but I wish there was a way to have a check timer that didn't shut off the oven. Read more Less
