The Sony PS-LX300USB USB Stereo Turntable is a belt-drive turntable with a USB output for direct connection to PCs, iPod, and other compatible USB audio devices.     Poor Software and Tech Help

    Pros: Easy hookups and instructions.

    Cons: Sound Forge Audio Studio 9.0

    This unit does not meet expectations due to the software that is required to operate it. It comes with Sound Forge Audion Studio 9.0 (Sony designed software) and it will not seperate the individual LP tracks when you are attempting to record and inst...all on your computer. I did check the Sony help for assistance and found none. I tried all of Sony's instuctions on how to set markers to seperate tracks and that did no good. I attempted to get the LP recorded on my computer at least 5 different ways and nothing worked. I wrote to Sony tech department and I received an e-mail giving me the same help that I got from their help instructions, which cured nothing. I finally took the unit back to the store that I purchased it from. Read more Less
