    I've had mine for about 6 years and have had zero problems. I have dropped the carafe a couple of times and it did not break. I don't know what happened with the other broken carafes.     Pros: Easy to operate, looks classy.

    Cons: can't think of any.

    I have been a Cuisinart owner for at least 7 and poss 10 years. Still makes great coffee. Love the look of it and when I get it ready at night and put the timer on for morning, I know I am going to awaken to a great cup of coffee. I do and always hav...e used bottled water. I use JOSE coffee now. Read more Less
