    Pros: Picture/Image Quality

    Cons: So far it's Support

    We purchased this HDTV almost 2 months ago, after a lot of research on my part. It came down to the Sony XBR4/XBR5 and the new Samsung 650. But, the picture quality on the Samsung was just too good to pass up. Setting it up was easy, basically the c...omputer inside it did all the work. Luckily, Best Buy was offering a free troubleshooting call because after Dish Network came out and "installed" our new HD/DVR box they didn't hook it up right. The Geek Squad saved the day by setting everything up right! The only thing we are dissatisfied with at this point (and I won't rest until they do) is that there is a problem with the TV shutting off on it's own and I have had a problem with Samsung sending me a flash drive with a firmware update as they promised a few weeks ago. One more thing, Best Buy offered their 30 price guarantee. And, they honored it when the price dropped almost $400 within the 30 days. You can't go wrong with this tv, though, it is awesome!!     Pros: Beautiful tv, picture quality perfect!! better then great

    Cons: nothing yet, still new to me

    I bought this set about a week ago and im so glad i decided on this one, i did lots of reserch and shopped around about everyday for two weeks deciding between samsung and sony. when i got this one home it looked so beautiful with the furniture and t...he deep red touch looked even better on it and tied in well to wood floors in our home. It such a classy looking tv and the picture is like watching 1080p on most hd programs. Dont settle for less, i started out looking at cheep lcd's to and was so glad i spent the extra $$ for this one. Read more Less
