    Pros: for watching movie its ok

    Cons: iam very dissapointed with my laptop it's very slow and the tech support is not good as dell

    Piece of junk out of the box

    Pros: None - it did not work

    Cons: Product did not work straight out of the box

    Not only did the computer fail to work out of the box, but the customer support was absoutely terrible. The mouse touch pad did not work at all, and I was not able to configure or setup the computer at all. When I called the customer / technical supp...ort line, I got the "run-around" treatment from multiple customer service calls in number. Read more Less
