    I had the most worthless experince with kitchen aid I purchased a mixer with a rebate to get a grinder with it I sent in my coupon to recieve a grinder and proof of purchase only to find out they wouldn't honor it because I didn't send in a box top I... paid too much for it unless I got the grinder I bought my first and last thing from Kitchen Aid I feel I was ripped off Read more Less

    Cons: went through two in three years

    My first one the nob flu off and hit me then went into the mixer and stoped the thing. My second one after useing it twice oil started to leak when I called was told that if you dont use it this will happen to put a bag over it and let it run 2mins. ...it stoped but when I used it that after noon my cookies were full of oil. that is the last one I would buy Read more Less

    Pros: Does tasks that would burn out the motor of other stand mixers

    I'm in my late 50's, married, the mother of 17 children and 16 grandchildren with #17 grandchild due January 2013. I've owned a lot of stand mixers during my lifetime but the motors kept burning out on them. I've owned my Kitchenaide Ultra Power Stan...d Mixer for about 15 years or more and it is still going strong without burning out the motor. It does just about any task that I require with ease from mixing batters to whipping cream to kneading bread dough and more. The attachments are well worth the price because it eliminates the need for a pasta maker, can opener, sausage stuffer on my counter top and the attachments work 100 times better than countertop models.
