    Pros: Strong, lightweight, thin, positive grip.

    Cons: None.

    This is the chefs knife used and recommended by America's Test Kitchen. ATK also recommends the original Wusthof Grand Prix. I have both but always use the Forschner. The Forschner's thinner blade slices and chops easier. It is also easier to sharpen..., and the handle is very grippy. It's the best knife I've ever used despite its modest price. Mine has seen about 5 to 7 years of daily use and it still looks almost new. It takes and keeps a good edge. Read more Less
