    Fantastic radio

By Susan  Jul 29, 2004 | 5 out of 5 found this Sony Pocket AM/FM Radio review helpful

Pros: Unlike digital, it will stay on distant stations. Fantastic battery life

    Cons: None!!!

I am on my second Sony Pocket Radio only because I lost my first one at the court club. I've had this model for 12-14 years. When I first bought it I think I paid $14. I've seen them as low as 12. It will literally run for weeks on one AA battery. I ...turn it on every night on minimum volume to drown out hubbies snoring. So it is on all night and one battery runs for at least 3 weeks. Small, light weight, never have had any problems with it. Excellent buy! Read more Less

Pros: Long battery life, good reception on AM and FM

    Cons: Volume control too sensitive!

Pros: Simple analog pocket radio. Turn it on and find your station. Loud built in speaker. Long battery life.Cons: Volume control too sensitive. Controls for tuning and volume stick out just enough that they get moved when the radio rides in your poc...ket. Have to be careful on long walks. Read more Less
