The fast-forward timekeeping features include time and calendar in 43 cities, thirty cities, three world time alarms, a 99-minute countdown timer, one-touch interchangeable analog/digital time, and 1/100-second chronograph that measures up to 24 hours.

    The Ultimate Timepiece!

    Pros: Aligned ontime to the second.

    Cons: None I could find.

    Keeps perfect time with Atomic Timekeeping with Radio-Controlled Accuracy.If you just make sure that you sleep with the 9 pm side of the watch facing the west. My head faces west to the setting sun. So I put it on my left arm overnight...... It keeps... in perfect alignment with the World Time Clock from a radio signal from Colorado to your watch!! I live in Columbus, Ohio and get a High signal every night. I check it with the World time clock online and it's PERFECTLY Aligned! Sweet!! Never again have to turn your watch back a few minutes or ahead... every month or few weeks. It's done for you. Every night!! And keeps it aligned to the second everyday!! Solar powered also!!
