    Pros: Ease of use

    Cons: Pay attention to setup

    It took about 15 minutes to set the camera up and caputre snapshots and video. Very clear, crisp images that will auto focus and follow your face with the right setup. A feature rich product with the usual Logitech quality. Was up on a video call ser...vice in a half hour with excellent results. The greater the bandwidth of your line, the higher the processor speed, and more memory in the video card, the better the results for video calls. You have to remember you are using an integrated system not just the camera and mic on the 9000. Read more Less

    Pros: looks great in package at store

    Cons: blurry and micropjhone doesnt work

    logitech needs to put out a fix it cite and fix the things wrong with there products-- its an endless cirle of doenloads-- yuck

    First Webcam...Best Choice for the Money!

    Pros: Everything about this product was great

    Cons: Haven't had any just yet

    This is my first webcam which came highly recommended for the price range and quality by a computer consultant and friend. It's a great buy and choice for the price ranges offered.

    Pros: video quality ok

    Cons: microphone does not work,Poor monitor attachment,Very poor tech support if any

    I payed almost $100.00 for this web cam only to find that the software doesnt install properly in vista as well as no sound even though the sound bar moves up and back.Support says they have no support for vista even though the product claims vista c...ompatible!!!!If the green volume bar moves all is well ..Not Read more Less
