So whether it is fresh game or the finest cuts of beef, making homemade sausage, meat loaf, and stew is easy. The appliance provides a die- cast feed screw and a number-five head with 2-1/8-inch-diameter cutting plates. To ensure quality performance, the unit's feed- screw shaft has a rubber seal that blocks liquid backup into the motor drive, its reverse switch eliminates jamming, and a reset fuse provides overload protection. A food plunger is included along with a recipe and instruction booklet. Housed in durable stainless steel.
