The Cuisinart Electric Skillet is one of the most versatile countertop cooking appliances on the market. A temperature probe adjusts from Warm to 450°F and can be removed to make the Skillet dishwasher safe. The nonstick cooking surface is ideal for low-fat or no-fat cooking and is big enough for family orders of pancakes, a fajitas with friends.

    Pros: Good size, easy to clean

    Cons: Easily scratched

    I ordered on through a gift catalog. The first one I received was already scratched on the inside of the non-stick pan and the electric plug was discolored (looked like electrical burn). I returned it, and had them send another. The second one had th...e EXACT same problems. I'm wondering if they just re-packaged and returned it to me. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Read more Less

    Cons: Uneven cooking surface, uneven heat

    I bought this pan because of the reputation of the manufacturer and what a mistake. It has a "domed" cooking surface which causes everything to run to the edge where there is no heat. Although it is supposed to be completely immersible, I started hea...ring crackling noises and when I investigated, I found the moisture had destroyed the integrity of the pan on the underside around the heating coils. I would never buy another item this way, I will read reviews from others from now on. Read more Less
