    Pros: Amazing sound,space savers,crisp clean definition

    Cons: bass reflex is good,but would work better with a sub-woofer support

    I just got these Sony SS B-1000,I set them up with SONY STR-DG510 Home Theater Receiver and the sound is incredible.I have very limited space so I opted in buying these over a pair of Bose Bookshelf spkrs because the are basically full range with gre...at bass reflex,versus the Bose wich would have needed a sub-woofer and additional pair of Mid-range speakers to have full range sound.The downside is that I can only use them in stereo mode and not take advantage of the 5.1 sorround from the receiver.But if I move to a bigger place I can upgrade and get full 5.1 speakers set.If your considering in a getting a receiver please consider ther SONY STR-DG510..it very affordable with many feautres including digital optic input,2 HDMI,great HD sound..overall great buy.Hope this review helps.
