    Pros: Easy to use, consistent results

    Cons: None that I've found so far.

    Living at 7000 ft. altitude, cooking dals, dried legumes and other foods requiring lengthy time are tricky. This electric pressure cooker eliminates guessing how high to set the burner and how long it'll take...much fiddling around. I love this cooke...r. It's silly easy, has given me very consistent and excellent results and I'd recommend it highly. Read more Less
