    Pros: Set it and forget it

    Cons: I haven't had any problem yet after 25 uses,

    This is a rather simple but effective smoker that is extraordinarily convenient. I've used it for over one year. It's construction is good. Not poor not great but good. But for under $200 you wont find anything better in an electric fully automated s...moker. Just set the temp and time, add the soaked wood chips and come back hours later to enjoy the results. I make pork ribs in 6 hours at 220F (after dryrub in Fridge overnight). They're great! Read more Less
