With two capacity options, these pressure cookers have the features for preparing large quantities of food and turning inexpensive cuts of meat into tender, juicy entrees. These cookers feature an exclusive, precision-machined metal-to-metal sealing system using positive-action clamping locks which align the cover to the base forming a steam-tight seal. Without a gasket, the cover is easy to open and close. Extra-heavy-duty cast-aluminum construction for fast and even cooking. Stay-cool bakelite top handle. Geared steam gauge. Two automatic venting features for safety. Pressure regulator weight with settings of 5, 10 and 15 psi. Smooth, easy-to-clean satin finish. Double-thick edges for wear protection. Made in USA. Available: 15-1/2 qt. (12-1/4 Dia. x 12-1/4 H) 21-1/2 qt. (12-1/4 Dia. x 15-3/8 H)Item note: This unit is not recommended for use on glass or ceramic topped stoves or on induction style stoves.
